Reviews & Ratings Policy

• Products: customers whose order for the product was delivered (including orders later returned or refunded).
• Services: customers whose booking was completed.
• One review per customer per product or service. You can edit or delete your review at any time.
• Sellers cannot review their own business.

• A rating from 1 to 5 stars, an optional title (up to 100 characters), a review of 10 to 2,000 characters, up to 5 photos and 2 videos.
• Your honest experience of the product or service.
• Reviews are published straight away and show your name and profile photo.

Not allowed

• Reviews of products or services you did not buy or use, or reviews written for someone else.
• Reviews offered or written in exchange for payment, discounts, free items or other incentives, or reviews of your own or a competitor's business.
• Threats, harassment, hate speech, obscene or sexual content.
• Personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or other people's details.
• Links, advertising or spam.
• Content that is illegal or infringes someone's rights.

Sellers must not offer incentives for reviews, ask only happy customers to review, pressure customers to change or remove reviews, create fake accounts, or coordinate reviews. Customers must not threaten negative reviews to obtain refunds or benefits. We may remove affected reviews and suspend accounts involved.

Sellers can post one public reply to a published review (2 to 1,000 characters) and can edit or delete it. Replies must be polite and factual, must not reveal the customer's personal information, and must follow this policy.

After an order or booking, sellers can rate the customer. These ratings help sellers and are used to calculate a customer trust level.

• Anyone can report a review as spam, inappropriate, fake, offensive or other. Each person can report a review once.
• A review that receives three reports is hidden automatically until our team checks it.
• We may approve, hide, reject or remove reviews and replies that break this policy or the law. We do not remove reviews because they are negative.
• Removed content is kept in our records as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. Each version has a version number and an effective date, and earlier versions stay available for reference.

When a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or on the website before it takes effect and, where required, ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Mechji.
