Subscription Terms

Every seller is on a plan. New sellers start on the Free plan. Plans differ in how many products and services you can list and in the commission rate. Current plans, prices and features are shown in the app before you buy.

• Paid plans are sold for a month or a year. You pay the full price for that term once, through Razorpay.
• Prices are set in US dollars and converted to your local currency at checkout at the rate shown. Available payment methods depend on your country.
• Your term starts on the day your payment is confirmed.
• Sellers whose store is suspended, closed or rejected cannot buy a plan.

Plans do not renew automatically and we do not store payment details for repeat charges. To continue after your term ends, buy a plan again.

• Buying a different paid plan starts a new term from the payment date. Any time left on your previous plan is not carried over or refunded.
• You cannot move to the Free plan while a paid plan is active.
• The commission rate of the plan active when an order or booking is created applies to it.

• Your existing listings stay visible.
• You cannot add new products or services beyond your plan's limits until you buy a plan again.
• The commission rate of your last plan continues to apply to new orders and bookings until you choose another plan.

As plans do not renew, there is nothing to cancel for future terms. Payments for a term are not refunded when you stop using the plan early or change plans, except where the law requires it or a support review finds you were charged in error. Request refunds through Help & Support; approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay.

We may update these terms from time to time. Each version has a version number and an effective date, and earlier versions stay available for reference.

When a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or on the website before it takes effect and, where required, ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Mechji.
