Advertising & Promotions Terms
Rules for promoted and featured listings on Mechji, and the content they may contain.
Self-service advertising is not yet available on Mechji. Promotions are arranged with the Mechji team, who set up the campaign on your behalf. These terms apply to any promotion of your store, products or services on Mechji.
Mechji may review, reject, pause or remove any promotion or content that breaks these terms or the law, or that Mechji considers unsuitable. Where a paid promotion is rejected before it runs, any amount paid for it will be refunded.
You may only mark listings as "Featured" or "Promoted" where Mechji allows it. Such labels must not mislead customers about how listings are ranked or selected.
Mechji does not guarantee impressions, clicks, enquiries, orders, sales, rankings or revenue from any promotion. Any figures shown are estimates or measurements that may be incomplete or delayed.
We may update these terms from time to time. Each version has a version number and an effective date, and earlier versions stay available for reference.
When a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or on the website before it takes effect and, where required, ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Mechji.
