Community Guidelines

• Be courteous and honest in chats, reviews, listings and support requests.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination or bullying.
• No sexual, graphic or violent content.
• Respect privacy: do not share other people's personal details, photos or chats without permission.

• Describe products and services accurately and keep prices and availability up to date.
• Write reviews only about your own real experience.
• Do not impersonate others or pretend to be Mechji staff.

• Share one-time codes for deliveries and services only when you have actually received the item or the service has started or finished.
• Do not share your password or sign-in codes with anyone, including sellers or people claiming to be from Mechji.
• For on-site services, follow the provider's and your own safety precautions.

Use "Report" on a profile, listing, review or chat, or contact Help & Support. Tell us what happened and add evidence where you can. You can also block a user in chat. We review reports and take action under the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may update these guidelines from time to time. Each version has a version number and an effective date, and earlier versions stay available for reference.

When a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or on the website before it takes effect and, where required, ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Mechji.
