Intellectual Property Policy
Who owns what on Mechji, and how to report copyright or trademark infringement.
The Mechji name, logos, apps, website, software and design belong to Mechji or its licensors. You may not use them without permission, except to refer to Mechji accurately.
Sellers own, or must have permission to use, their business names, logos, listings, photos, videos and descriptions.
You own the content you post, such as reviews, photos and messages.
Brand names and trademarks of products sold on Mechji belong to their owners. Their appearance on Mechji does not mean the brand owner endorses Mechji or the seller.
You give Mechji a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and adapt content you post, as needed to operate, improve and promote Mechji. This does not transfer ownership to Mechji. See the Terms of Use and, for sellers, the Vendor Agreement.
If you believe content on Mechji infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to mechji247@gmail.com with:
We may remove or disable the content, tell the person who posted it and give them the chance to respond, and suspend repeat infringers. Knowingly false notices may have legal consequences.
If your content was removed after a notice and you believe that was a mistake, contact mechji247@gmail.com with an explanation. We may restore it where appropriate and permitted by law.
We may update this policy from time to time. Each version has a version number and an effective date, and earlier versions stay available for reference.
When a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or on the website before it takes effect and, where required, ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Mechji.
