Vendor Code of Conduct

• Represent your business, products, services, prices and delivery times truthfully.
• Label listings as "Featured" or "Promoted" only where that is accurate and allowed — see the Advertising & Promotions Terms.
• Do not create more than one store to get around rules, limits or a suspension.

• Respond to customers politely and promptly.
• Honour confirmed orders and bookings, and your return and refund commitments.
• Do not pressure customers, threaten them, or ask them to pay outside the agreed method.
• Do not contact customers for marketing unless they have agreed.

Use customer information only for their order or booking. See the Vendor Agreement.

Do not offer incentives for reviews, post fake reviews, or pressure customers to change or remove reviews. Reply to reviews respectfully. See the Reviews & Ratings Policy.

Make sure your staff follow this code and the Community Guidelines, carry out services safely and treat customers with respect.

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not interfere with other sellers' listings or reviews, or take Mechji customers off the platform to avoid fees.

We may update this code from time to time. Each version has a version number and an effective date, and earlier versions stay available for reference.

When a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or on the website before it takes effect and, where required, ask you to accept the new version before you continue using Mechji.
